This dome structure combines a steel framework with insulated fabric membranes to create a visually striking temporary structure suitable for outdoor hospitality environments.

Insulated Dome for Glamping & Outdoor Hospitality

Designed to balance comfort, durability and visual appeal, the dome structure can be used for glamping accommodation, event spaces, wellness areas or private retreats. The insulated membrane system can help support interior comfort when used with appropriate heating or ventilation systems.

Frame: Hot dip galvanised steel tubing with white baked finish
Cover Fabric: 850g PVC coated white membrane with transparent PVC bay windows
Material Characteristics: Water resistant fabric with UV protection and mildew resistant coating. Fire performance documentation supplied by the manufacturer referencing DIN4102 B1 / M2 classifications.
Temperature Range (Manufacturer Specification): Approximately -40°C to +70°C depending on installation and environmental conditions
Wind Exposure (Manufacturer Specification): Designed to support wind exposure up to approximately 100 km/h when correctly installed and anchored
Snow Load (Manufacturer Specification): Up to approximately 75 kg per square metre depending on installation and maintenance

Triple layer insulation combining aluminium foil and protective fabric layers designed to assist with interior temperature regulation.

Glass Door with Steel Frame

Rectangular glass entrance door approximately 950mm x 2000mm set within a powder coated steel frame providing clear access and natural light.

Round Glass Windows

Opening circular windows with mesh screens allowing ventilation and natural light.

Roof Vent Windows

Two top mounted ventilation openings with insect mesh designed to support airflow inside the dome.

Solar Ventilation Fan

18W solar powered ventilation fan with optional electrical connection to assist with airflow and help reduce condensation.

Curtain Set

Cotton curtains for transparent window sections fitted on double rail tracks for smooth operation.

Wood Stove Compatibility

Optional wood burning stove systems may be installed using appropriate stove jacks and safe installation practices. Heating appliances should always be installed following proper safety guidance.

Base Reinforcement

Aluminium base strips designed to help secure the membrane to the ground or base platform.

Anchoring System

Heavy duty fixings supplied to assist with secure installation on appropriate surfaces. Correct anchoring and installation are essential for safe operation.

Packing

Each dome is supplied in a reinforced plywood crate for safe transport and delivery.

Geodesic Dome Structure

The geodesic framework uses interconnected triangular sections that distribute loads across the dome surface. This design allows a spacious interior without central support poles while maintaining structural efficiency.
